‍Vor Beginn erläutert Sänger Glenn Gregory authentisch, dass Heaven 17 am liebsten in Venues wie dem "Bett" vor 500 Leuten spielen, weil es viel direkter und persönlicher ist. Persönlich wird das Konzert vor allem dadurch, dass Glenn zwischen den Stücken interessante Geschichten erzählt.

‍Zum Beispiel, dass er 1978 für The Human League nur deswegen nicht als Sänger genommen wurde, weil Phil Oakey die spektakulärere Frisur hatte. Und das, obwohl er schon damals ein Freund des Gründungsmitglieds Martyn Ware war, mit dem er nach der Zersplitterung Human Leagues 1980 Heaven 17 ins Leben rief. Die Szene in Sheffield war klein und alle kannten sich Ende der 70er.

‍Oder die Geschichte von Sheffields "Penny's Nightclub" ehemals "Penny Farthing" (in den 60ern und 70ern), wo sich alle alternativ denkenden und aussehenden trafen, weil sie dort relativ sicher vor den Teddys waren (Teddy Boys, Nachfolger der Teds der 50er Jahre).

‍Der DJ hieß "Disco John" und muss laut Glenn Gregory wohl nicht der beste an den Plattentellern gewesen sein. Der Club öffnete 1980 und dort traf man u.a. Martin Fry von ABC, Cabaret Voltaire, Phil Oakey von The Human League, oder The Thompson Twins.
